ACOUSTIC ALL WEATHER SOUND PANELS

Acoustiblok All Weather Sound Panels achieve high STC and NRC ratings. These acoustic panels have been specifically designed to provide a high sound transmission loss coupled with high sound absorption, all in a weather resistant package.

We engineered these incredibly durable and easily maintained panels specifically to resist the most rigorous industrial uses and to withstand outdoor exposure in full sunlight, extreme weather conditions and harsh industrial environments (NRC of 1.0 is the highest sound absorption rating possible).

All Weather Sound Panels present an amazing profile of 62mm to include a perforated facia for diffusion of sound power/pressure levels, an internal layer of U.L. classified Acoustiblok 3mm Sound Isolation Membrane material for acoustic conversion plus a specifically engineered 50mm Acoustiblok QuietFibre hydrophobic / weatherproof, open cell, core sound absorbing material.

Acoustiblok All Weather Sound Panels are available in different versions, dependent on usage.

Each usage is based on the type and extremity of weather conditions, including:

• Industrial All Weather Sound Panels: Static Wind Load tested > 200 MPH
• Hurricane All Weather Sound Panels: Static Wind Load tested > 270 MPH

The panels boast an acoustical performance of STC 30 up to STC 37 and NRC 1.0 – the highest score achievable. This yields a sound transmission loss of 37dB (depending on the panel model) with virtually no reflections off the face of the panel.

Our 90 degree corner round & T-Bar connectors incorporating the 6063-T6 alloy mill finish can be used to secure All Weather Sound Panels when a right angle is required for assembly.

Acoustiblok All Weather Sound Panels are suitable for both internal and external use.

They can be mounted and bolted directly onto a metal framework of usually T Bar / C Channel or even a timber framework if preferred. Our Acoustiblok All Weather Sound Panels can be fitted as a fixed free-standing installation or mounted on carriages to create a portable enclosure where fixed structures are impractical.

Custom mobility carriages have been designed to accommodate two larger custom panels per carriage. This enabled the creation of a massive sealed acoustic enclosure that is fully mobile and can be separated for easy access to the interior of the enclosure.

We manufacture our soundproof panels in four standard square or rectangular profiles, however they can be custom fabricated as required (must be square or rectangular in shape).

Our Acoustic Sound Panels are invariably installed in portrait or landscape however also angled applications.

Also available with angled overhang top panel sections (please see image) to further increase specific directional acoustic performance where needed.

Perforation size and spread of the front facia can be modified to a custom design for increased acoustic diffusion / performance / finish design pattern.

Complete / full bespoke acoustic enclosures with access panels, louvres, extraction and opening apertures manufactured to a client’s exact dimensions and designs.

The panels may not drain correctly if laid in a horizontal plane, which may results in an increased overall weight where retaining liquid / moisture.
